Built to expand access.

Hidden Gems Archery was founded with a clear mission: expand access to the sport of archery through high-quality programs for schools, companies, and private events. Rooted in work with urban youth and adults — particularly within Black and Brown communities — our programs are designed to be inclusive, engaging, and impactful for participants of all ages and backgrounds.

As a MWBE-certified business with City and State recognition, we partner with schools to enhance physical education and student development, and support companies through experiential team building and culture-driven events. Across every setting, we prioritize access, representation, and excellence.

We believe archery is more than a sport. It's a powerful tool for building focus, confidence, discipline, and connection — skills developed on the range that carry into learning, leadership, and everyday life.

Our Founder

Natasha M. Green

Founder & CEO, Hidden Gems Archery

Natasha Green is a longtime educator committed to expanding access to transformative experiences for young people and communities. What began in NYC public schools — where she spent years as a math teacher and school leader in the Bronx — has grown into a mobile operation serving schools, companies, and communities across the metro area.

Her approach combines an educator's eye for development with an entrepreneur's drive: archery-based learning, leadership development, and experiences that meet people where they are — literally.
