Our Backstory & Team ☺️

It started with Natasha Green who wanted to bring archery to her students at DeWitt Clinton High School in early 2011. She wanted to introduce her students to nontraditional sports that were in the Olympics.

She never received the Echoing Green Fellows Grant to do archery but she did receive an Easton Sports Development Foundation Grant to bring archery into the various communities of NYC.

Hidden Gems Archery experimented with a permanent location in Brooklyn for two years – 2014 to 2016, we decided that mobile archery was the best bet for us. We miss our little loft space but we know that other ranges throughout the city can offer permanent location-based offering and we can fill in the niche of bringing archery to our schools and communities.

Natasha is happy to say that throughout the journey she has been able to enjoy building this business with her amazing friends and clients. Hidden Gems Archery’s vision is to bring the amazing sport of archery to as many schools and communities in the NYC area as possible. As you can see, we have a lot of fun along the way.
